Admission requirements for international student
 Complete an Application form:
  • Execute all enrollment documents including the Application form and Enrollment Agreement (if you are under 18 years of age, the Enrollment Agreement must also be signed by a parent or guardian)
  • Submit Proof of Graduation from high school – Official High School Transcript or a copy of High School diploma, certificate or other official proof of graduation from an institution providing secondary education, or the equivalent of such graduation
  • Financial aid forms (if you wish to apply for financial aid)
  • Payment of application fee (non-refundable unless you are denied admission or cancel your application within three days of the school's receipt of the application and fee)*
  • Interview Acknowledgement Form
  • Statement of General Health signed by you
  • Student Disclosure Information Form

     For certain programs, successful performance on one or more entrance assessments may also be required. For example, the Cardiovascular Sonography and Diagnostic Medical Sonography programs have additional entrance requirements, including certain prior employment experience in healthcare or post-secondary education.
